2. Free Trial & Membership Refunds
2.1 Monthly Membership (3-Day Free Trial)
• Includes a 3-day free trial
• You may cancel anytime during the trial via your dashboard
• If canceled within the trial period, no charges will be applied
2.2 Yearly Membership (7-Day Free Trial)
• Includes a 7-day free trial
• You may cancel anytime during the trial via your dashboard
• If canceled within the trial period, no charges will be applied
2.3 After Trial Period
• Once the trial period ends and payment is processed, memberships are non-refundable, unless required by law
• You may cancel future renewals at any time
3. Digital Products (PDFs & Downloads)
• Refund requests are accepted within 7 days of purchase
• Requests can be submitted directly through your dashboard
Conditions:
• Refunds may be denied in cases of abuse or repeated refunds
• Access to the product may be revoked upon refund
4. Lifetime Membership
• Refunds are available within 21 days of purchase
• After 21 days, lifetime access purchases are non-refundable
Refund requests must be submitted through your dashboard.
5. Physical Products
5.1 Return Eligibility
You may return physical products within 14 days of delivery if:
• The item is unused
• In original condition
• In original packaging
Returns that do not meet these conditions may be rejected.
5.2 Return Process
• Initiate the return via your dashboard
• You will receive return instructions after approval
Shipping:
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
• Exception: damaged or defective items
5.3 Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective:
• Submit a support ticket
• Provide evidence (photos/video if requested)
• You may receive a replacement or refund
5.4 Refund Processing (Products)
• Refunds are issued after inspection of returned items
• Approved refunds are processed within 7 business days
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method
6. General Refund Processing
• All valid refund requests are processed within 7 business days
• Refunds are issued via the original payment method
• Payments are handled securely via Stripe or connected systems
