2. Free Trial & Membership Refunds


2.1 Monthly Membership (3-Day Free Trial)

Includes a 3-day free trial

You may cancel anytime during the trial via your dashboard

If canceled within the trial period, no charges will be applied



2.2 Yearly Membership (7-Day Free Trial)

Includes a 7-day free trial

You may cancel anytime during the trial via your dashboard

If canceled within the trial period, no charges will be applied



2.3 After Trial Period

Once the trial period ends and payment is processed, memberships are non-refundable, unless required by law

You may cancel future renewals at any time



3. Digital Products (PDFs & Downloads)

Refund requests are accepted within 7 days of purchase

Requests can be submitted directly through your dashboard


Conditions:

Refunds may be denied in cases of abuse or repeated refunds

Access to the product may be revoked upon refund



4. Lifetime Membership

Refunds are available within 21 days of purchase

After 21 days, lifetime access purchases are non-refundable


Refund requests must be submitted through your dashboard.



5. Physical Products


5.1 Return Eligibility


You may return physical products within 14 days of delivery if:

The item is unused

In original condition

In original packaging


Returns that do not meet these conditions may be rejected.

Initiate the return via your dashboard

You will receive return instructions after approval


Shipping:

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

Exception: damaged or defective items

Provide evidence (photos/video if requested)

You may receive a replacement or refund
