1. Introduction
These Terms apply to all users who sell products on Kemetic App (“Vendors” or “Sellers”).
By listing or selling products on Kemetic App, you agree to these Terms, in addition to:
• General Terms & Conditions
• Payments Policy
• Refund & Return Policy
2. Role of a Vendor
As a Vendor, you may:
• List and sell physical or digital products
• Use the dropshipping system
• Promote products through your profile and content
You are fully responsible for your products, listings, and customer experience.
3. Vendor Account Requirements
To sell on Kemetic App, you must:
• Have an active account
• Provide accurate business or personal information
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
Kemetic App reserves the right to:
• Approve or reject vendor access
• Request verification documents
4. Product Listings
You are responsible for ensuring that all listings:
• Are accurate and truthful
• Include correct pricing
• Clearly describe the product
• Include correct images and specifications
You may NOT:
• List misleading or false products
• Use copyrighted material without permission
• Sell prohibited or illegal items
Kemetic App reserves the right to remove listings at any time.
5. Pricing & Fees
Vendors are responsible for:
• Setting their own prices
• Ensuring pricing accuracy
Kemetic App may:
• Charge platform fees or commissions
• Adjust fee structures at any time
All fees will be communicated where applicable.
6. Orders & Fulfillment
You are responsible for:
• Processing orders
• Shipping products (or ensuring supplier fulfillment)
• Providing tracking information
• Ensuring delivery within reasonable timeframes
Kemetic App is not responsible for:
• Shipping delays
• Supplier issues
• Fulfillment errors
7. Dropshipping Responsibility
If you use dropshipping:
• You are responsible for selecting reliable suppliers
• Ensuring product quality
• Maintaining accurate listings
Kemetic App does not guarantee:
• Supplier performance
• Product quality
• Delivery timelines
8. Returns & Refunds
Vendors must comply with:
• Kemetic App Refund & Return Policy
You are responsible for:
• Handling returns
• Processing refunds where applicable
• Communicating with customers
Kemetic App may intervene in disputes if necessary.
9. Payments & Payouts
All payments are processed via
Stripe or connected systems.
Payouts:
• Paid to your connected account
• May be subject to processing delays
• May include fees, taxes, or deductions
Kemetic App reserves the right to:
• Withhold payouts in case of disputes or fraud
• Reverse transactions if necessary
10. Customer Responsibility
You agree to:
• Provide customer support
• Respond to inquiries
• Resolve issues professionally
Failure to maintain customer satisfaction may result in:
• Listing removal
• Account restrictions
11. Prohibited Products
You may NOT sell:
• Illegal products
• Counterfeit goods
• Harmful or dangerous items
• Misleading or deceptive products
Kemetic App reserves the right to define and update prohibited categories.
12. Taxes & Legal Compliance
You are responsible for:
• Paying applicable taxes
• Complying with local and international laws
• Ensuring your business activities are legal
Kemetic App does not provide tax advice.
13. Account Suspension
Your vendor account may be suspended or terminated if you:
• Violate these Terms
• Provide poor customer experience
• Engage in fraud or abuse
Serious violations may result in:
• Permanent bans
• Loss of earnings
14. Platform Rights
Kemetic App may:
• Promote your products
• Feature your listings
• Remove content or listings
• Adjust platform visibility
15. Limitation of Liability
Kemetic App is not liable for:
• Vendor losses
• Product issues
• Supplier failures
• Shipping delays
All selling activity is conducted at your own risk.
16. Changes to Terms
Kemetic App reserves the right to update these Terms at any time.
Continued use of the platform means acceptance of updated Terms.
