1. Introduction
This End-User License Agreement (“EULA”) is a legally binding agreement between you (“User”) and Kemetic App (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).
This EULA governs your use of:

• All content, features, and services
• Courses, products, messaging, and platform tools
By accessing or using Kemetic App, you agree to be bound by this EULA.
If you do not agree, you must not use the App.
2. License Grant

• Yearly subscription (e.g. €10 or €99 depending on plan)

• Books
All payments are processed via Stripe or connected systems.

• Purchases may be non-refundable unless stated otherwise
5. Restrictions
You agree NOT to:
• Copy, reproduce, or distribute platform content without permission
• Use the App for unauthorized commercial purposes
• Reverse engineer or attempt to access source code
• Share or transfer account credentials
• Circumvent platform systems or protections
Violation may result in account suspension or termination.
6. User Responsibilities
You agree to:
• Provide accurate information
• Maintain account security
• Use the platform responsibly
• Comply with all applicable laws
You must be at least 18 years old to use Kemetic App.
7. Data Collection & Privacy

Users may upload content as Wisdom Keepers.
By doing so, you grant Kemetic App a license to:
• Display
• Distribute
• Promote
• Host
your content within the platform.
You remain responsible for your content.

• Community purposes
We do NOT guarantee:
• Results
• Income
• Accuracy of all content
Use of the platform is at your own risk.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
Kemetic App and BLACKBEACON B.V. shall not be liable for:
• Loss of data
• Loss of income
• Indirect or consequential damages
• Platform interruptions
12. Termination
We reserve the right to:
