In simple terms:
The cost of processing a €1 transaction is too high compared to what we charge.
Which means… every time someone subscribes through the website at €1,
the platform loses money.
And that’s a problem.
The Hard Truth
I started digging deeper, and I realized something:
There’s a reason why most platforms don’t charge €1.
Even companies like OpenAI with products like ChatGPT are facing this reality
the cost of running powerful platforms is far higher than people expect.
And now I’m facing that same truth.
For the Kemetic App to break even, the price needs to be around:
€2.99 per month
At that level, we don’t even make big profits.
We just stay alive… with maybe €0.10–€0.15 margin.
So… Did the Mission Fail?
Honestly?
Part of me feels like it did.
Because the $1 membership wasn’t just a price…
