Kemetic App is a marketplace. The seller is identified on the product page. Physical products may be fulfilled by that seller or a third-party supplier through the platform's integrated fulfillment tools. The seller's existing obligations remain in effect.
Both buyers and suppliers contact Kemetic App Support. Support coordinates with the relevant seller or supplier about orders, delivery issues, returns and refunds. Buyers do not need to contact a supplier directly to ask Kemetic App for help.

For physical-product returns, the published policy provides a 14-day window from delivery. See the Refund & Return Policy for the process and costs. Contact support for return instructions before sending a parcel. Do not send returns to the business contact address unless support instructs you to do so. Applicable consumer rights remain unaffected.
Supplier acceptance, required checks and fulfillment must be completed before an order can be dispatched. An automated order submission is not a guarantee of immediate dispatch.

1. Introduction
These Terms apply to all users who use the Dropshipping feature on Kemetic App (“Dropshippers”).
By using the Dropshipping system, you agree to these Terms in addition to:
• General Terms & Conditions
• Sellers / Vendors Terms
• Payments Policy
• Refund & Return Policy
2. What Is Dropshipping
Dropshipping allows users to:
• Select products from suppliers
• List them on Kemetic App
• Sell without holding inventory
Orders are fulfilled directly by third-party suppliers.
3. Role of the Dropshipper
As a Dropshipper, you are responsible for:
• Selecting products
• Creating accurate listings
• Setting pricing
• Managing customer expectations
You act as the seller of record toward the customer.
4. Supplier Responsibility
Kemetic App may integrate with third-party suppliers.
However:
• You are responsible for choosing reliable suppliers
• You are responsible for product quality
• You are responsible for delivery expectations
Kemetic App is NOT responsible for:
• Supplier errors
• Shipping delays
• Product defects
5. Product Listings
You must ensure that all listings:
• Are accurate and truthful
• Include correct product descriptions
• Reflect actual product specifications
• Do not mislead customers
You may NOT:
• Copy misleading supplier descriptions without verification
• Sell prohibited or illegal items
• Use copyrighted content without permission
6. Pricing & Profit
You are responsible for:
• Setting your own prices
• Managing your profit margins
Kemetic App may:
• Apply platform fees or commissions
• Adjust fee structures at any time
7. Orders & Fulfillment
You are responsible for:
• Ensuring orders are processed
• Monitoring supplier fulfillment
• Providing tracking information
• Communicating delivery expectations
You must ensure:
• Orders are fulfilled in a reasonable timeframe
• Customers are informed of delays
8. Shipping & Delivery
Shipping times depend on suppliers.
You must:
• Clearly communicate estimated delivery times
• Avoid misleading “fast delivery” claims
Kemetic App is not liable for:
• Delays
• Customs issues
• Lost shipments
9. Returns & Refunds
You must comply with:
• Kemetic App Refund & Return Policy
You are responsible for:
• Handling return requests
• Communicating with customers
• Managing refunds
Important:
• Supplier policies do not override Kemetic App policies
• You remain responsible toward the customer
10. Customer Support
You must:
• Respond to customer inquiries
• Resolve issues professionally
• Maintain a high level of service
Poor customer experience may result in:
• Account restrictions
• Removal of products
11. Prohibited Products
You may NOT sell:
• Illegal or restricted items
• Counterfeit goods
• Harmful or dangerous products
• Misleading or deceptive items
Kemetic App reserves the right to remove products at any time.
12. Payments & Payouts
All payments are processed via
Stripe or connected systems.
Payouts:
• Sent to your connected account
• May be delayed for verification
• May include fees, taxes, or deductions
Kemetic App reserves the right to:
• Withhold payouts in case of disputes or fraud
• Reverse transactions if necessary
13. Risk & Liability
Dropshipping carries risks.
You accept responsibility for:
• Supplier reliability
• Product quality
• Customer satisfaction
Kemetic App is NOT liable for:
• Financial losses
• Supplier issues
• Customer disputes
14. Account Suspension
Your dropshipping access may be suspended or terminated if you:
• Violate these Terms
• Provide poor customer experience
• Engage in fraud or abuse
Serious violations may result in:
• Permanent bans
• Loss of earnings
15. Platform Rights
Kemetic App may:
• Approve or reject products
• Remove listings
• Limit visibility
• Modify dropshipping systems
16. Changes to Terms

Continued use of the Dropshipping feature means acceptance of updates.
