1. Introduction
This Vendor Policy applies to all users who open and operate a shop on Kemetic App (“Vendors”).
By activating a shop, listing products, or selling through Kemetic App, you agree to this policy in addition to:
• Sellers / Vendors Terms & Conditions
• Payments Policy
• Refund & Return Policy
• Monetization Terms
2. Vendor Role
As a Vendor, you are:
• The seller of your products
• Responsible for your listings
• Responsible for customer experience
Kemetic App provides the platform infrastructure, not ownership of your products.
3. Shop Activation
To open a shop, you must:
• Have an active Kemetic App account
• Provide accurate personal or business information
• Complete any required verification
Kemetic App reserves the right to:
• Approve or deny shop activation
• Request additional information
4. Product Listings
You agree that all products listed must:
• Be accurate and clearly described
• Include correct pricing
• Match the images shown
• Not mislead customers
You may NOT:
• List false or deceptive products
• Sell prohibited items
• Use copyrighted material without permission
Kemetic App may remove listings at any time.
5. Pricing Responsibility
You are responsible for:
• Setting product prices
• Managing your profit margins
• Ensuring pricing accuracy
Kemetic App may apply:
• Platform fees
• Transaction fees
6. Orders & Fulfillment
You are responsible for:
• Processing orders
• Shipping products (or managing suppliers)
• Providing tracking information
• Delivering within reasonable timeframes
Kemetic App is not responsible for:
• Shipping delays
• Supplier issues
• Fulfillment errors
7. Dropshipping Integration
If you use dropshipping:
• You are responsible for supplier selection
• You are responsible for product quality
• You are responsible for delivery expectations
Kemetic App does not guarantee supplier performance.
8. Customer Experience
You agree to:
• Respond to customer inquiries
• Handle complaints professionally
• Maintain service quality
Poor performance may result in:
• Shop restrictions
• Listing removal
• Account suspension
9. Payments & Earnings
All payments are processed via
Stripe or connected systems.
Payouts:
• Sent to your connected account
• May include fees or deductions
• May be delayed for verification
Kemetic App reserves the right to:
• Withhold payouts in disputes
• Reverse transactions if necessary
10. Returns & Refunds
You must comply with:

You are responsible for:
• Accepting valid returns
• Processing refunds

11. Prohibited Products
You may NOT sell:
• Illegal goods
• Counterfeit products
• Dangerous or restricted items

Kemetic App may remove products at its discretion.
12. Taxes & Compliance
You are responsible for:
• Reporting income
• Paying taxes
• Following local laws
Kemetic App does not provide tax advice.
13. Platform Rights
Kemetic App may:
• Remove products
• Limit shop visibility
• Suspend vendor accounts
• Modify shop features
14. Account Suspension
Your shop may be restricted or terminated if you:
• Violate policies
• Provide poor service
• Engage in fraud or abuse
Serious violations may result in:
• Permanent bans
• Loss of earnings
15. Limitation of Liability
Kemetic App is not liable for:
• Vendor losses
• Product issues
• Supplier failures
• Shipping delays
All selling activity is at your own risk.
16. Changes to Policy
This policy may be updated at any time.
Continued use of your shop means acceptance of updates.
