1. Introduction
These Terms apply to all users who publish books on Kemetic App (“Publishers”, “Authors”).
By uploading, publishing, or selling books through Kemetic App (Scrolls), you agree to these Terms, in addition to:

2. Role of a Publisher
As a Publisher, you may:
• Upload and publish books (physical or digital)
• Sell books globally through Kemetic App
• Promote books through your profile and content
You are fully responsible for your publications.
3. Types of Books
Kemetic App supports:
• Physical books (print-on-demand or inventory-based)
• eBooks (PDF or digital formats)
• Future formats (audiobooks, etc.)
Format availability may evolve over time.
4. Content Ownership
You retain full ownership of your book.
By publishing on Kemetic App, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to:
• Display
• Distribute
• Promote
• Sell
your book within the platform.
5. Content Requirements
All books must:
• Be original or properly licensed
• Not infringe copyright or trademarks
• Not contain illegal, harmful, or misleading content
You may NOT publish:
• Plagiarized works
• Unauthorized copies
• Prohibited or restricted content
Kemetic App reserves the right to:
• Reject or remove books
• Suspend publishing access
6. Book Files & Formatting
Publishers are responsible for:
• Uploading correct files
• Ensuring proper formatting (cover, interior, etc.)
• Providing accurate metadata (title, author, description)
Kemetic App is not responsible for:
• Formatting errors
• Upload mistakes
• Print or display issues caused by incorrect files
7. Print & Distribution
Physical books may be fulfilled via third-party services (e.g., print-on-demand providers).
Kemetic App is not responsible for:
• Printing errors
• Shipping delays
• Supplier issues
Publishers must ensure quality before publishing.
8. Pricing & Earnings
You are responsible for:
• Setting your book price
• Ensuring pricing accuracy
Earnings may include:
• Direct sales revenue
• Royalties (depending on system setup)
Kemetic App may:
• Apply platform fees or commissions
• Adjust fee structures at any time
9. Payments & Payouts
All payments are processed via
Stripe or connected systems.
Payouts:
• Sent to your connected account
• May include fees, taxes, or deductions
• May be delayed for verification
Kemetic App reserves the right to:
• Withhold payouts in case of disputes or fraud
• Reverse transactions if necessary
10. Refunds & Returns
Refunds and returns are governed by:

11. Promotion & Visibility

12. Taxes & Legal Compliance
Publishers are responsible for:
• Declaring earnings

13. Prohibited Conduct
You may NOT:

• Sell misleading or low-quality content
• Abuse platform systems
