1. Introduction
This Shared Email List Policy explains how email addresses are shared between:
• Kemetic App
• Content creators (“Wisdom Keepers”)
• Users (“Seekers”)
Kemetic App operates as a connection-based platform, where relationships between users may include controlled data sharing.
By using Kemetic App, you agree to this policy.
2. Core Principle
When a user connects with a creator, a relationship is established.
This connection may include the sharing of contact information, including email addresses, under the conditions described below.
3. Email Sharing Through Connections
When a Seeker:
• Follows a creator
• Subscribes to a creator
• Becomes a connection
They explicitly grant Kemetic App the right to:
• Share their email address with that specific Wisdom Keeper
This means:
👉 The email becomes accessible to both:
• Kemetic App
• The connected Wisdom Keeper
4. Creator Access to Email Lists
Wisdom Keepers have the right to:
• Access their list of followers / subscribers / connections
• Download email addresses of those users
This enables creators to:
• Build their own audience
• Communicate with their community
• Grow outside the platform
5. User Consent
By following, subscribing, or connecting with a creator, you agree that:
• Your email address may be shared with that creator
• You understand this is part of the platform’s functionality
If you do not agree, you should NOT:
• Follow creators
• Subscribe to creators
• Engage in connection-based features
6. Use of Shared Emails
Creators must use shared email addresses responsibly.
They may use emails for:
• Communication
• Updates
• Marketing (within legal limits)
They may NOT:
• Sell email lists
• Share emails with unauthorized third parties
• Use emails for spam or abusive purposes
7. Responsibility of Wisdom Keepers
Wisdom Keepers are responsible for:
• Complying with email marketing laws (e.g. GDPR)
• Providing opt-out options where required
• Respecting user privacy
Failure to comply may result in:
• Account restrictions
• Removal from the platform
• Legal consequences
8. Kemetic App Responsibility
Kemetic App:
• Facilitates the connection and sharing process
• Does not control how creators use emails outside the platform
• Is not responsible for external communication by creators
9. Opt-Out & Control
Users may:
• Stop following a creator at any time
• Request deletion of their data (subject to legal obligations)
However:
• Previously shared emails may remain with the creator
• Kemetic App cannot guarantee deletion from external systems
10. Abuse & Enforcement
If a creator misuses email data:
• Users may report the behavior
• Kemetic App may investigate
• Action may be taken, including suspension or bans
11. Data Protection
All data shared within Kemetic App is handled according to:
• Privacy Policy
• Applicable data protection laws (including GDPR)
12. Changes to This Policy
This policy may be updated at any time.
