  6. Complete order
  7. Receive confirmation
  8. Track order from Purchases


Where To Find Your Tracking Code

Explain:


  • Go to Profile
  • Tap Purchases
  • Open the product/order
  • Tracking code appears there once the vendor has added it

  • If no tracking code is visible yet, the order is still being processed



Where To Find Your Purchases
Explain:

  • Products
  • Books
  • Courses
  • Memberships
  • Order status: Pending, Paid, Processing, Shipped, Delivered, Failed

How Long Delivery Takes
Explain:

  • Delivery time depends on vendor and country Kemetic App requires a max 14 days delivery policy towards Sellers. Max 5 days processing time
  • Some products ship faster than others
  • Tracking updates may take 24–72 hours after shipping


Payment Problems
Explain:

  • Check currency
  • Try another payment method
  • Use local options like card, Wero, etc.
  • Contact a human agent through WhatsApp if they need manual help
