1. Introduction
This Policy applies to all users who publish, distribute, or sell books on Kemetic App (“Publishers” or “Authors”).
This includes:
• Physical books
• eBooks
• Future formats (e.g. audiobooks)
By publishing a book, you agree to this policy in addition to:
• Book Publishing Terms & Conditions
• Monetization Terms
• Commission Policy
• Payments Policy
2. Role of a Publisher
As a Publisher, you are:
• The owner of your content
• Responsible for your book
• Responsible for your sales and claims
Kemetic App provides the platform, not ownership of your work.
3. Ownership & Rights
You retain full ownership of your book.
By publishing, you grant Kemetic App a non-exclusive, worldwide license to:
• Host
• Display
• Promote
• Distribute
your book within the platform.
4. Content Requirements
All books must:
• Be original or properly licensed
• Provide real value
• Not contain illegal or harmful content
• Not violate intellectual property rights
You may NOT publish:
• plagiarized content
• unauthorized reproductions
• misleading or harmful material
Kemetic App reserves the right to remove books.
5. Book Formats
Kemetic App supports:
• Physical books (print-on-demand or supplier-based)
• Digital books (PDF / eBook)
Publishers are responsible for:
• correct formatting
• accurate uploads
• proper file quality
6. Pricing & Sales
You are responsible for:
• setting your price
• defining your offer
• ensuring clarity
All sales are subject to:
👉 Kemetic App Commission Policy (10% platform fee)
7. Payments & Payouts
All payments are processed via
Stripe
You can:
• receive payouts
• track earnings
• withdraw funds
Payouts may:
• include fees
• be delayed for verification
8. Refund Responsibility
Refunds are governed by:

Important:
• You are responsible for refunds
• The 10% platform fee is NOT refunded
• Refund losses are your responsibility
9. Distribution & Fulfillment
For physical books:
• You are responsible for fulfillment or supplier selection
• You are responsible for delivery quality
Kemetic App is not responsible for:
• printing errors
• shipping delays
• supplier issues
10. Content Performance
Book visibility depends on:
• engagement
• Chakra star ratings
• audience response
Kemetic App does NOT guarantee:
• sales
• exposure
• income
11. Audience Access
When users:
• purchase your book
• follow or connect with you
You may receive access to their email (as defined in Shared Email Policy).
You must:
• comply with GDPR
• not misuse data
• respect user privacy
12. Prohibited Behavior
You may NOT:
• manipulate reviews or ratings
• upload fake or low-quality content
• bypass payment systems
• sell outside the platform to avoid fees
Violations may result in:
👉 book removal
👉 loss of earnings
👉 account ban
13. Platform Role
Kemetic App:
• hosts your book
• connects you with buyers
• processes payments
Kemetic App does NOT:
• guarantee sales
• manage your publishing business
• take responsibility for performance
14. Taxes & Legal Responsibility
You are responsible for:
• declaring income
• paying taxes
• complying with laws
15. Limitation of Liability
Kemetic App is not liable for:
• sales performance
• customer outcomes
• publishing success
16. Platform Rights
Kemetic App may:
• feature your book
• limit visibility
• remove content
• adjust publishing systems
17. Changes to Policy
This policy may be updated at any time.
Continued use means acceptance of updates.
