1. Introduction
This Commission Policy explains how fees are applied to all earnings generated on Kemetic App.
This applies to all earning users, including:
• Vendors (Shop)
• Course creators
• Content creators
• Bloggers
• Publishers
• Affiliates
By earning on Kemetic App, you agree to this policy.
2. Platform Role
Kemetic App is a platform provider.
We:
• Host content
• Provide infrastructure
• Connect users and buyers
• Enable monetization
Kemetic App does NOT:
• Act as the seller
• Own your products or services
• Manage your business operations
3. Commission Fee
Kemetic App charges a 10% platform fee on all successful transactions.
This includes:
• Product sales (Shop / Dropshipping)
• Course sales
• Book sales
• Digital products
• Any monetized transaction within the platform
💰 Example:
If you sell a product for €100:
• €10 → Kemetic App (platform fee)
• €90 → You (before other fees/taxes)
4. When Commission Is Charged
The 10% commission is charged:
👉 Immediately after a successful payment is completed
This means:
• The platform has fulfilled its role
• The connection between buyer and seller is completed
5. Refunds & Platform Fee
If a refund occurs:
• The Kemetic App 10% platform fee is NOT refunded
• The refund amount is fully the responsibility of the seller
Important:
This means:
👉 The platform fee is considered a service cost
👉 It is the seller’s responsibility and loss in case of refund
6. Platform Responsibility
Kemetic App’s responsibility is limited to:
• Providing the platform
• Connecting buyers and sellers
• Processing transactions
Once a payment is completed:
👉 All further responsibilities are with the seller, including:
• product delivery
• customer service
• refunds
• disputes
7. Seller Responsibility
As a seller, you are fully responsible for:
• Fulfilling orders
• Delivering products or services
• Managing refunds
• Handling customer communication
Kemetic App does not manage or guarantee your business operations.
8. Payment Processing Fees
In addition to the 10% platform fee:
• Payment providers (e.g. Stripe) may charge processing fees
• These fees are separate and may be deducted
9. Disputes & Chargebacks
In case of:
• disputes
• chargebacks
• payment reversals
Kemetic App reserves the right to:
• reverse transactions
• withhold payouts
• recover losses where applicable
The 10% platform fee remains non-refundable.
10. Abuse & Misuse
Any attempt to:
• bypass platform fees
• manipulate transactions
• process payments outside the platform
may result in:
• account suspension
• permanent ban
• loss of earnings
11. Changes to Commission
Kemetic App reserves the right to:
• update commission rates
• introduce new fee structures
Users will be notified where required.
12. Taxes
You are responsible for:
• declaring your earnings
• paying applicable taxes
Kemetic App does not provide tax advice.
13. Limitation of Liability
Kemetic App is not liable for:
• refunds issued by sellers
• business losses
• customer disputes
The platform fee is charged for access, infrastructure, and connection.
