1. Introduction
This Policy applies to all users who create, publish, or sell courses on Kemetic App (“Teachers” or “Course Creators”).
By publishing a course, you agree to this policy in addition to:
• Content Creator Policy
• Monetization Terms
• Commission Policy
• Payments Policy
2. Role of a Teacher
As a Teacher, you are:
• An educator
• A knowledge provider
• A business operator
You are fully responsible for:
• The accuracy of your course
• The structure and quality
• The outcomes you promise
3. Course Ownership
You retain ownership of your course content.
By publishing a course, you grant Kemetic App a non-exclusive, worldwide license to:
• Host
• Display
• Promote
• Distribute
your course within the platform.
4. Course Requirements
All courses must:
• Provide real educational value
• Be clearly structured
• Be accurate and not misleading
• Be original or properly licensed
You may NOT:
• Upload low-quality or incomplete courses
• Make false claims
• Use copyrighted material without permission
Kemetic App reserves the right to remove courses.
5. Pricing & Sales
You are responsible for:
• Setting course prices
• Defining your offer
• Clearly explaining what is included
All sales are subject to:
👉 Kemetic App Commission Policy (10% fee)
6. Student Responsibility Disclaimer
You must understand:
• Students are responsible for their own results
• You may NOT guarantee outcomes (financial, spiritual, or personal)
Courses must be positioned as:
👉 educational guidance, not guaranteed results
7. Course Access
Courses may be:
• Free
• Paid
• Included in membership
Kemetic App may:
• adjust access levels
• include courses in membership systems
8. Refund Responsibility
Refunds are handled according to:

Important:
• You are responsible for refunds
• The 10% platform fee is NOT refunded
• Refund losses are the responsibility of the Teacher
9. Payments & Payouts
All payments are processed via
Stripe
You can:
• receive payouts
• track earnings
• withdraw funds
Payouts may:
• include fees
• be delayed for verification
10. Content Performance
Course success depends on:
• value
• engagement
• Chakra star ratings
Kemetic App does NOT guarantee:
• enrollments
• income
• visibility
11. Interaction With Students
You are responsible for:
• communication
• clarity
• professional behavior
You may NOT:
• mislead students
• exploit users
• engage in harmful practices
12. Email Access (Audience Ownership)
When users:
• enroll in your course
• follow or connect with you
You may receive access to their email (as defined in Shared Email Policy).
You must:
• comply with GDPR
• not spam users
• respect privacy
13. Prohibited Behavior
You may NOT:
• manipulate ratings
• use fake engagement
• bypass payment systems
• sell outside the platform to avoid fees
Violations may result in:
• course removal
• loss of earnings
• account ban
14. Account Suspension
Kemetic App may suspend or terminate your account if you:
• violate policies
• provide harmful content
• misuse monetization systems
Serious violations may result in:
👉 permanent removal
👉 loss of earnings
15. Platform Role
Kemetic App:
• provides the infrastructure
• connects you with students
• processes payments
Kemetic App does NOT:
• guarantee results
• manage your course business
• take responsibility for your performance
16. Taxes & Legal Responsibility
You are responsible for:
• declaring earnings
• paying taxes
• complying with local laws
17. Limitation of Liability
Kemetic App is not liable for:
• course performance
• student outcomes
• income results
18. Changes to Policy
This policy may be updated at any time.
Continued use means acceptance of updates.
