Account and Data Deletion

Kemetic App users can request the deletion of their account and associated personal data at any time.

Delete your account in the Kemetic App

1. Sign in to the Kemetic App.
2. Open your profile.
3. Go to Settings.
4. Select Delete Account.
5. Confirm your deletion request.

Request deletion through email

If you cannot access your account, send a deletion request to info@kemetic.app using the email address connected to your account.

Include the subject: Account Deletion Request

We may contact you to verify your identity before processing the request.

Data that will be deleted

After verification, we will delete or anonymize personal information associated with your account, including:

• Profile and account information
• Contact information
• Saved preferences
• User-generated content where legally and technically possible
• Marketing and notification preferences
• Other personal data associated with your account

Data that may be retained

Certain information may be retained where required for legal, security, fraud-prevention, tax, accounting, payment-dispute, or regulatory purposes. Transaction records may also be retained for the legally required period.

Any retained information will remain protected and will not be used for unrelated marketing purposes.

Processing time

Deletion requests are normally completed within 30 days after identity verification. We will notify you if additional time is legally required.

Deleting your account is permanent and may remove access to memberships, purchases, courses, messages, and other account content.
