2. Membership & Subscriptions

2.1. Free Trial & Cancellation

• Monthly Membership: Includes a 3-day free trial. You can cancel anytime within this period through your dashboard to avoid charges.
• Yearly Membership: Includes a 7-day free trial. You can cancel anytime within this period through your dashboard to avoid charges.

2.2. Payments & Renewals

• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date.
• You can manage your subscription through your dashboard.

3. Digital Products (PDF Downloads & Courses)

3.1. Refund Policy for PDFs

• You are eligible for a 7-day refund on PDF downloads.
• Refunds can be processed directly from your dashboard.

3.2. Refund Policy for Lifetime Access

• Lifetime memberships are non-refundable after 21 days.
• Refunds can be processed through your dashboard within 21 days of purchase.

4. Physical Products & Returns

4.1. Return Eligibility

• Physical products can be returned within 14 days if they are unused and in original packaging.
• Items that have been used, damaged, or missing parts not due to our error are not eligible for a return.

4.2. Return Process

• Returns and refund requests can be initiated from your dashboard with a push of a button.
• Once approved, return shipping instructions will be provided.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was damaged or defective upon arrival.

5. User Conduct

By using Kemetic App, you agree to:

✅ Respect other users and community guidelines.
✅ Avoid any form of fraud, hacking, or unauthorized access.

Violating these terms may result in account suspension or termination.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, including courses, PDFs, videos, and website materials, is owned by Kemetic App and is protected by copyright laws. Users may not distribute, copy, or resell content without explicit permission.

7. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate our policies, engage in fraudulent activities, or misuse our platform.
